INGREDIENTS:
- Shrimp - 15 (cleaned)
- Cut green bean - 2 cup
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Dry chili - 2
- Fennel seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Graded coconut - 1/4 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curry leaves - 10
- Mustard seed
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Grind onion, dry chili, coconut, shrimp, fennel seed, salt to taste, turmeric powder into fine paste by adding as little water as possible.
- In a pan heat oil add mustard seed and wait until it stopped splattering now add the curry leaves and cook for 15 seconds.
- Now add the ground and paste and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add the green bean, mix well and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add 2 tablespoon (tbsp.) of water. Cover with a lid, simmer and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, mix well and serve.
