INGREDIENTS:
- Penne pasta - 1 cup
- Prawns - 1/4 cup
- Onion - 2
- Tomato - 5
- Chopped Capsicum - 1
- Chopped Zucchini - 1
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Slit Green chili - 2
- Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Finely chop onion, garlic into small pieces.
- Soak tomato in hot water for 5 minutes and remove the skin and grind or mash to paste.
- Cook the pasta in water and drain all the liquid. Refer here.
- In a pan heat oil, add garlic, onion and sauté until onion become translucent.
- Now add tomato paste, salt and cooking until tomato paste is well sautéed.
- Now add chopped zucchini, capsicum, slit green chili. Cover and cook this for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add chili flakes, prawns and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Finally add the cooked pasta mix well and serve.
