INGREDIENTS:
- Egg - 1
- Dry small fish - 100 grams
- Shrimp - 100 grams
- Cooked rice - 3 cup
- Coriander leaf - 20
- Finely chopped Tomato - 3
- Thinly sliced onion - 2
- Green chili - 4
- Fish masala powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - to taste.
- Oil - 1/2 cup.
PREPARATION:
- Make omelet with egg and keep it aside.
- Add 1 teaspoon (tsp.) chili powder, 1 teaspoon (tsp.) of fish masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) of water to the dry fish mix well and marinate it for 5 minutes.
- Heat 1/2 cup of oil and fry the dry fish until well done. And keep it aside.
- Add 1 teaspoon (tsp.) chili powder, 1 teaspoon (tsp.) of fish masala powder, 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) of water to the shrimp mix well and marinate it for 5 minutes.
- Fry the shrimp in the same pan you fried the fish. Once the shrimp is fried add the cut onion, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves. Mix and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add the fried dry fish and cook for a minute.
- Now add the cooked rice. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add the egg mix well. Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaf and serve.
