INGREDIENTS:
- Shrimp - 1/2 kilo gram
- Garlic - 8 cloves
- Hot green chili - 6
- Black pepper powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Shallots or small onion - 100 grams
- Curry leaves (optional) - 10
- Oil - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Cut onions, garlic, hot green chili into fine pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan add curry leaves when it splatter cut onions and cook until it becomes golden brown.
- Now add cut tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
- Now add garlic, hot green chili and stir, cook for 2-3 min.
- Now add the black pepper, shrimp, reduce heat and simmer cook until the shrimp turns red or cooked.
