INGREDIENTS:
- Ripe tomatoes - 2
- Lemon - 1
- Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dry chili - 2
- Coriander leaves - 10
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 3 table spoon
PREPARATION:
- Grind the tomatoes into a puree now add 2 cups of water too it and mix well. or you can mash them with hand by adding 2 cup of water
- Crush cumin, black pepper, garlic, coriander leaves with a pestle.
- Heat oil, add dry chili ( you can break them by hand) and cook for 1 min.
- Add the tomatoes water, crushed ingredients, salt for taste and bring to boil.
- Now add lemon juice to match your sour taste. Remove and serve.
