INGREDIENTS:
- Roasted pea nuts - 1 cup
- Hot dry chili - 10
- Garlic - 10 cloves
- Salt - to taste.
PREPARATION:
- Dry roast (3-4 min) the garlic and chili and keep it aside.
- Dry roast ( 2-3 min) the peanuts and keep it aside.
- Powder these ingredients in pestle, blender (mixi).
NOTES:
- Good to eat with rice with ghee when you don't have time to make curry.
