INGREDIENTS:
- Shredded mango - 2 cup
- Chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Mustard seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Fenugreek seed - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Sesame oil - 1/4 cup
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Asafoetida powder - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Dry fry the mustard seed (1/2 tsp.), fenugreek seed and ground them to a fine powder.
- Heat oil in a pan add the rest of the mustard seed and wait until it stop splatter.
- Now add asafoetida and cook for few second,
- Now add the shredded mango, chili powder, turmeric powder mix well.
- Reduce the heat and cook until oil separates.
- Now add the ground (mustard seed, fenugreek seed) powder mix well and serve.
