Excellent side dish for sambar rice, curd rice Maavadu pickle recipe.

INGREDIENTS:
- Maavadu (tender small raw mangoes) - 1 kilogram
- Chili powder - 50 gram
- Mustard powder - 25 gram
- Sesame oil - 4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Rock Salt - 1 cup or as needed
PREPARATION:
- Clean and remove the stems from the mangoes. Dry them so that it does not have any moisture on the skin.
- Now mix the mango with chili powder, mustard powder, sesame oil, salt and place it in pickle jar.
- Every day for 10 days shake the jar and keep it.
- After 10 days serve.
