Basic pasta sauce recipe

Pasta sauce which is easy to make and goes well with spaghetti. let see how to cook this.

INGREDIENTS:
- Oil oil - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Chopped onion - 1
- Tomato - 2
- Chopped Garlic - 7 to 8 clove
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Dried basil or dried oregano - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Blanched then tomato then skin removed and cut into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Now add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped garlic and sauté, now add chili powder, dried basil or dried oregano or dried methi leaves, salt.
- Cover and cook this for 8 to 10 minutes or until it becomes really mushy. NOTE: Stir time to time to avoid burning it.
- Now add black pepper and cook for 1 to minutes. then serve.
NOTES:
- You can do this tomato skin on as well.
- Use olive oil for good result.
- You use dried methi leaves instead of Dried basil or dried oregano

- How to blanch a tomato?

- Boil for 30-60 seconds, remove tomatoes from the boiling water, and immediately put the tomatoes in an ice water or cold water in a bowl. As they chill, you will see the skins start to pull away from the meat of the tomato. Remove the tomatoes from the ice water.
