INGREDIENTS:
- Vallaarai greens- 1 cup
- Shredded coconut - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Finely chopped Onion - 1 (small)
- Yogurt (curd) - 1 cup
- Finely chopped Green chili - 1
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- Clean and cut the vallaarai greens.
- Beat the yogurt well with hand.
- In a bowl add vallaarai greens, coconut, onion, green chili, yogurt, salt. Mix them well and serve.
NOTES:
- Deseed the green chili to avoid too much spice or add more green chili to increase the spice level
