Paneer Kofta Recipe

Who does not like Kofta let see how to cook panner kofta.

INGREDIENTS:
- Finely Grated Paneer - 50 grams
- Boiled and mashed Potato - 2
- Corn flour - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Finely chopped Onion - 2
- Finely chopped Tomato - 3
- Cashews - 20
- Cumin Seeds - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Red chili powder - 2 tablespoon (tsp.)
- Garam masala powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Curd or yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves - little
- Oil - as needed.
- Salt - as needed
PREPARATION:
- In a bowl add potatoes, panner, corn flour, 1 tablespoon (tsp.) of red chili powder salt, little water and mix well top make a batter. Heat oil in pan. Make small balls with the batter and deep fry them till it turns golden brown. NOTE: don't add too much water as it will observe oil during deep frying.

- For Gravy

- Grind onions and tomatoes into fine thick paste.
- Powder cashew and cumin seeds
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add the paste (onion and tomato) and sauté until cooked and oil separates.
- Now add curd, cashew powder, cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
- Add little water and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Add the fried Kofta balls into the gravy and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
NOTES:
- Serve hot with chapatti or Naan or Paratha.
