INGREDIENTS:
- Curd or yogurt - 1 cup
- Gram flour - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Salt - to taste

- -------------------------
- Oil - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Chopped Green chili - 3
- Chopped Ginger - small piece
- Curry leaf - 5 count
- -------------------------
- -- For Garnish --
- -----------------------
- Chopped Coriander leaf - little
- Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon (tsp.) (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Beat gram flour, curd or yogurt in a mixer. Make sure there is any lump.
- In a pan heat oil. Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering add ginger, green chili, curry leaves and sauté.
- Now add yogurt + gram flour, 2 to 3 cup of water, turmeric powder, salt and bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now add coriander leaves, lemon juice and boil for couple minutes and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with potato fry.
