INGREDIENTS:
- Condensed milk - 1 tin
- Yogurt - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
- Ghee - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
PREPARATION:
- Coat a microwave safe glass bowl with ghee. Now add condensed milk, yogurt and beat the well.
- Now microwave this in high for 2 minute until the condensed milk get heated.
- Now remove from heat and stir well. Place this again and microwave for 2 minutes or until it becomes thick. Remove from microwave and stir again.
- Now place this again in microwave and heat for 2 more minutes. Continue this until the condense milk becomes thick solid and does not stick to the glass bowl.
- Transfer this a ghee coated place and spread to you thickness and serve.
NOTES:
- If you don't like the smell of condensed milk, you can use thick milk with sugar.
