In bowl add pineapple cubes, sugar. mix well and keep this aside for 30 minutes.
Roast the rava in low heat and keep it aside.
Roast the cashews, raisins in little bit of ghee and keep it aside.
In the pan you roasted cashew in ghee. add 2 1/2 cup of water, saffron and bring to boil.
Now add rava little by little at the same time mixing gently. NOTE: make sure no lump is formed.
Now add the pineapple pieces and mix well. Once the kesari becomes little thick. Place a lid, Low the heat and cook until it becomes kesari consistency (thick ness to your preference) and the rava is cooked.
Now add the essence, roasted cashew, raisins, ghee mix well and remove from heat and serve.
