INGREDIENTS:
- Ripe mango - 1 or 2
- Shredded coconut - 3/4 cup
- Sugar or Jaggery - as needed
- Cardamom powder (optional) - a pinch
- Salt - as needed.
PREPARATION:
- Remove the skins for the mango and cut them into small cubes. Add water as needed and get thick coconut milk.
- In mixer or blender add 1/2 mango pieces, 1/4 coconut milk, sugar, cardamom powder and make puree. Transfer this to a bowl
- Now add rest of mango cubes, coconut milk. Mix them well and serve.
NOTES:
- Goes well with neer dosai.
