INGREDIENTS:
- Crab - 1 kilo gram
- Coconut milk - 1 or 2 cup
- Onion - 1
- Tomatoes - 1
- Hot green chili - 2
- Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Hot chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
- Curry leaves (optional) - 5
- Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
- Cashews - 5
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Turmeric powder - 1 and 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Fennel powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Cut onion and tomatoes into small pieces.
- Grind to paste shredded coconut, cashews, garlic, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, fennel powder. (add little water if needed)
- Mix the ground paste with coconut milk and add salt for taste. Now add cut coriander leaves, cut green chili.
- Heat oil in a pan, add onion and cook until they turn golden brown, now add the cut tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
- Now add the crab and cook for 2-3 min . Now add the coconut milk mixture and cook until it starts to boil.
- Now simmer and cook until the korma is done with the required thickness.
