INGREDIENTS:

  1. Crab - 1 kilo gram
  2. Coconut milk - 1 or 2 cup
  3. Onion - 1
  4. Tomatoes - 1
  5. Hot green chili - 2
  6. Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  7. Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  8. Hot chili powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  9. Oil - 1/4 cup
  10. Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  11. Curry leaves (optional) - 5
  12. Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
  13. Cashews - 5
  14. Garlic - 4 cloves
  15. Turmeric powder - 1 and 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  16. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  17. Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp)
  18. Fennel powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  19. Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp)
  20. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut onion and tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Grind to paste shredded coconut, cashews, garlic, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, fennel powder. (add little water if needed)
  3. Mix the ground paste with coconut milk and add salt for taste. Now add cut coriander leaves, cut green chili.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and cook until they turn golden brown, now add the cut tomatoes and cook until oil separates.
  5. Now add the crab and cook for 2-3 min . Now add the coconut milk mixture and cook until it starts to boil.
  6. Now simmer and cook until the korma is done with the required thickness.
