INGREDIENTS:
- Crab - 500 grams
- Black pepper - 3 teaspoon (tsp)
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Onion - 2
- Tomatoes - 4
- Coconut milk - 500 mille liter
- Coriander leaves - 15
- Lemon - 1
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Cinnamon stick - 1 inch piece
- Cloves - 3
- Hot chili powder - 4 teaspoon (tsp)
- Salt - to taste
PREPARATION:
- Clean the crab and keep it aside.
- Grind garlic, black pepper into a fine paste. Keep it aside.
- Grind tomatoes in to fine paste. Cut the onions into fine pieces
- Heat oil in a pan, now add the cinnamon stick, cloves, garlic and black pepper paste and cook for 1-2 min.
- Now add the cut onions and cook until golden brown.
- Now add the tomato paste and crab mix and cook until it boils. Squeeze the lemon juice.
- Now add coconut milk, hot chili powder, salt and cook until the mixture reaches curry consistency or thinness of you choice or dry.
- Add coriander leaves mix and cook for a minute. Remove and server hot.
