INGREDIENTS:

  1. Sprouted bean or Sprouted mixed bean - 1 cup
  2. Unsalted butter - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Black pepper powder - as needed
  5. Curry leaf - little
  6. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Cook the sprouted beans by adding water as needed. Once cooked take some cooked beans and keep it aside. Grind the rest of them with water in a mixer or blender.
  2. In a pan melt the butter. add cumin seeds, curry leaf and sauté until the cumin seed stop splattering. Now add the ground soup, salt as needed and bring to boil once and serve.
  3. When you serve with black pepper powder, separately kept beans.
