Layered egg omelette recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Egg - 4
  2. Finely chopped onion - 1
  3. Finely chopped capsicum - 1/2
  4. Shredded carrot - 1 small
  5. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Unsalted butter or ghee or oil - as needed
  7. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil and de-shell 2 egg. Cut the cooked egg.
  2. In a bowl break 2 egg and add them. To this add onion, capsicum, carrot, black pepper, salt and beat well.
  3. Heat oil or ghee or unsalted butter in a skillet. Now add half the beaten egg batter. Once cooked 3/4th now add the boil egg pieces. Once the omelette is cook roll and remove from heat and keep it aside. .
  4. Now add more oil or ghee or unsalted butter. once heated add rest of the egg batter. Once it cooks 3/4th. Now place the cooked rolled omelette NOTE: No need to spread.
  5. Once the omelette is cooked roll such that it becomes layers around the cooked rolled omelette and remove from heat and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Preparation time: 10 minutes, Cooking time: 15 minutes, Total time: 25 minutes
