INGREDIENTS:

  1. Boiled egg - 3
  2. -- Grind to paste--
    1. Chopped onion - 2
    2. Chopped tomato - 2
    3. Garlic - 4 or 5 clove
    4. Ginger - 1 inch size
    5. Red chilly powder - 1 to 1.5 tablespoon (tbsp.)
    6. Salt - as needed
  3. Coriander leaves - little for garnish
  4. Oil - 3 tablespoon (tbsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Make smaller slits to the eggs.
  2. Grind all the ingredients under the section "-- Grind to paste-- " to a thick fine paste by adding little water as possible.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. add the ground masala paste and cook until the raw smell is gone and oil starts to separate.. Takes approximately  5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Now add boiled egg. Gently mix and cook for 4 to 5 minutes so the masala is coated well to the eggs.
  5. Before removing from stove garnish with coriander leaves then serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with roti's, Rice, dosai or idly
