INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bread slices - 4 count
  2. Chopped onion - 1
  3. Chopped Capsicum - 1/2
  4. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Coriander leaf - 1/4 cup
  6. Chopped green chili - 1/2
  7. Unsalted butter - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  8. Salt - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. In bowl add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, black pepper powder, coriander leaves, chopped green chili, salt and mix well.
  2. Take a bread slice and apply (spread) butter on both side. And do the same with one more slice. now place vegetable 1/2 mixture on a bread slice. Spread and cover the vegetable with the other slice. Do the same for the other 2 slices.
  3. Now heat a flat iron skillet. Roast the stuffed bread slices golden brown on both sides and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Enjoy this with or without tomato ketchup
