Tamarind thuvaiyal recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Tamarind - 200 grams
  2. Hot chili - 6
  3. Coriander seeds - 2 to 3 teaspoon (tsp)
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Oil - 4 tablespoon (tbsp)

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in a pan add tamarind, hot chili, coriander seeds and fry them for 2-4 min.
  2. In a blender (mixi) add water as needed and grind all the ingredients into a fine paste to thick consistency and serve
