INGREDIENTS:

  1. Gooseberry - 4
  2. Green chili - 2
  3. Ginger - 2 inch
  4. Shredded coconut - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Salt - to taste.

PREPARATION:

  1. De-seed the gooseberry. Clean and skin the ginger.
  2. In a blender add gooseberry, green chili, ginger, coconut, salt to taste and grind them into a thick fine piece and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with curd rice.
