INGREDIENTS:

  1. Coriander leaves - from 1 bunch
  2. Curd or Yogurt - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Green chili - 3
  5. Shallots | Small Onion - 5
  6. Shredded Coconut - 1/4 cup.
  7. Salt - to taste.

PREPARATION:

  1. In a blender first grind coconut, green chili, onion to a fine paste.
  2. Now add coriander leaves, yogurt or curd, salt to taste and grind to a paste. Add waster as needed. (little water as possible if you want it to be thick)
  3. Now add the lemon juice mix well and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Good to go with briyani, vadai, bajji, bonda. You can use it bread sandwich.
