INGREDIENTS:

  1. Pigeon pea - 4 cup
  2. Mixed vegetables - 1 cup
  3. Bread pieces - little
  4. Shredded cheese - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Ghee - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Melt ghee and roast the bread pieces.
  2. In pressure cooker add pigeon pea, water as needed and pressure cook it until its mushy and cooked. Check to see if the dal is thick if so add water as needed and mash the dal.
  3. Now add vegetables to the dal and cook them. Once the vegetables are cooked well add shredded cheese.
  4. Now add roasted bread pieces and remove from heat.
  5. When you serve add salt, black pepper powder as needed.
