Healthy vegetable soup recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cauliflower stem and leaf  - from 1
  2. Pumpkin skin - from 1
  3. Ridge gourd skin - from 1 ,
  4. Winter Melon  skin - from 1
  5. Cabbage - 3 leaf
  6. Carrot - 1
  7. Onion - 1
  8. Tomato - 1
  9. Potato - 1/2
  10. Green chili - 1
  11. Black pepper - 1/4 tablespoon (tsp.)
  12. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut all the vegetables.
  2. In a pressure cooker, add the vegetables, salt to taste, 1 cup of water and cook for 1 whistle
  3. Cool the vegetables and grind them into fine mash in a blender. Stain the liquid (soup) from the ground mash and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Add hot water as needed to dilute the healthy vegetable soup.
