INGREDIENTS:

  1. Drumstick - 4
  2. Chopped Tomato - 1
  3. Chopped Ginger - 1/2 inch
  4. Chopped Onion - 2
  5. Garlic - 6
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Slit Green chili - 5
  8. Coriander leaf - 15 or from 2 stem
  9. Mint leaf - 15 or from 2 stem
  10. Corn flour - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  11. Lemon - 1/2
  12. Salt - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Dissolve corn flour in 2 tablespoon (tbsp.) of water.
  2. Chop drumstick into 1 inch pieces.
  3. Grind ginger, garlic, tablespoon (tbsp.) of water into a fine paste.
  4. In a pressure cooker add tomato, green chili, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, garam masala, 2 1/2 cup of water. pressure cook this for 3 to 4 whistle. Once the pressure is gone stain the vegetables from the soup.
  5. Mash the vegetables, add 1/2 cup of water. filter the water and add to the soup.
  6. Heat the soup and bring to boil. Now add the dissolved corn flour and cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Now add the mint leaves, coriander leaves and remove from heat.
  8. Before you serve squeeze the lemon and serve.
