Vegetable fried rice recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cooked basmati rice - 3 cups
  2. Cut Cauliflower - 1 cups
  3. Cut green beans - 1/2 cup
  4. Cut carrots - 1/2 cup
  5. Peas - 1/2 cup
  6. Finely cut cabbages - 1/2 cup
  7. Finely cut onions - 1/2 cup
  8. Cut bell pepper - 1
  9. Oil - 3/4 cup
  10. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  11. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  12. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. In a frying pan or wok heat oil to high temperature.
  2. Now add all the cut vegetables and fry then until they are 3/4 done.
  3. Now black pepper, lemon juice and salt and cook for 2 min. Now add the cooked basmati rice.
  4. Stir fry until the vegetable are fully covered and cooked well.
