INGREDIENTS:

  1. Hot Cooked rice - 1 cup
  2. Thinly sliced carrot - 1/2 cup
  3. Thinly sliced green bean - 1/2 cup
  4. Thinly sliced capsicum - 1/4 cup
  5. Thinly sliced cabbage - 1/4 cup
  6. Crushed Green chili - 7
  7. White pepper - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  8. Mustard seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  9. Chopped curry leaves - 8
  10. Salt - as needed
  11. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Ground pepper into a powder.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering add the vegetables (carrot, green beans, capsicum, cabbage) and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Now add the crushed green chili and sauté for another minute.
  4. Now add the pepper powder and sauté for 30 second.
  5. Add sautéed vegetables, curry leaves, salt as needed to cooked rice. Mix well and serve.
