INGREDIENTS:

  1. Rice - 300 grams
  2. Finely Chopped cauliflower - 1/2 kilogram
  3. Finely Chopped green bean - 50 grams
  4. Finely Chopped carrot - 50 grams
  5. Finely Cabbage - 50 grams
  6. Green pea - 50 grams
  7. Finely chopped Spring onion - 15
  8. Finely chopped Onion - 50 grams
  9. Finely chopped capsicum - 1
  10. Black pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.) or to your spice level
  11. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  12. Sugar (optional) - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  13. Ajinomoto - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  14. Oil - 1/4 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. Cook the rice until its cooked 90% or 95%.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Now add the chopped vegetable except spring onion and sauté until they are cooked.
  3. Now add cooked rice and sauté until the vegetables are mixed well with the rice.
  4. Now add lemon rice, salt, sugar, black pepper powder, ajinomoto, chopped spring onion and sauté until all the get together and then server hot.
