Coriander leaf rice recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Basmati rice - 2 cup
  2. Coriander leaves - from 1 bunch.
  3. Shredded coconut - 1 cup
  4. Green pea - 1 cup
  5. Green chili - 5
  6. Ghee or oil - 2 tablespoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Cook basmati rice in 4 cup of water in a pressure cooker or in a pan.
  2. Grind coriander leaves, coconut, green chili into a fine thick paste by adding little water as possible.
  3. In a pan heat oil or ghee; add mustard seed once it stopped splattering add the ground paste, salt to taste and bring to boil.
  4. Now add the green peas and cook until oil separates.
  5. Now add the cooked rice mix well and serve.
