INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ripe tomatoes - 2
  2. Lemon - 1
  3. Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  4. Black pepper - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Garlic - 2 cloves
  6. Dry chili - 2
  7. Coriander leaves - 10
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Oil - 3 table spoon

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind the tomatoes into a puree now add 2 cups of water too it and mix well. or you can mash them with hand by adding 2 cup of water
  2. Crush cumin, black pepper, garlic, coriander leaves with a pestle.
  3. Heat oil, add dry chili ( you can break them by hand) and cook for 1 min.
  4. Add the tomatoes water, crushed ingredients, salt for taste and bring to boil.
  5. Now add lemon juice to match  your sour taste. Remove and serve.
