INGREDIENTS:

  1. Potato - 250 grams
  2. Spit black gram - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Mustard seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Curry leaf - 1 sprig or little
  5. Chopped Green chili - 3
  6. Chopped Onion - 100 grams
  7. Oil - 1/2 ladle
  8. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil the potato. Peel the skin, add salt and break potatoes into very small pieces.
  2. In a pan heat oil. Now add black gram, mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds stop splattering add onion, green chili, curry leaves and sauté until onions turn translucent (golden brown).
  3. Now add the potato and mix well until they are mixed well then serve.
