INGREDIENTS:

  1. Idli - 6
  2. Fresh coconut pieces - 2 big
  3. Cardamom - 2
  4. Sugar - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Ghee - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind coconut, cardamom in mixer coarsely.
  2. In a mixer add the idli with the pulse mode grind 2 to 3 times. Heat the coarse idli in microwave for a minute.
  3. In a bowl add idli, ghee, coconut, sugar and mix well then serve.

NOTES:

  1. You can use shredded coconut instead of coconut pieces.
  2. Cooking Time: 5 minutes
