INGREDIENTS:

  1. Couscous - 1 cup
  2. Dry roasted rice flour - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Shredded jaggery - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  4. Shredded coconut - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Salt - a pinch
  6. Hot water - 2 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. In a bowl add couscous, hot water. Cover this with a lid and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Once the couscous is soaked add rice flour, coconut, salt and mix well.
  3. Steam the couscous in idli cooker (like you make idli). When the steamed couscous is hot add jaggery and mix well and serve.
