INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat flour - 2 cup
  2. Spinach - from 1/2 bunch
  3. Rava - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Oil - to fry
  5. Salt - to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat little oil in a pan and sauté the spinach. Now grind the sautéed spinach into a fine thick paste.
  2. In a bowl add wheat flour, rava, spinach, salt, water if needed and make soft dough like you do for puri.
  3. Now make small balls with the dough and flatten them with roller pin.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350 F. Now deep fry the raw puri to golden brown and serve.
