INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat flour - 2 cup
  2. Ghee - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Yogurt - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  4. Milk - 1 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  5. Water - as needed
  6. Ghee or oil - for deep fry.
  7. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into to small balls and flatten them to 3 to 4 inch diameter thin sheet.
  3. Heat oil in a pan to 350 F, fry them until they turn golden brown both side or cooked and serve. NOTE: flip and cook as well.
