INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat Flour - 2 cup
  2. Salt - for taste
  3. Ghee - 1 tablespoon (tbsp)
  4. Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
  5. Warm water - as needed
  6. Oil - as needed for deep fry

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix the wheat flour, salt, warm water, ghee, baking powder to a soft dough.
  2. Keep the dough covered with wet towel for couple of hours.
  3. Now make them into small balls ( size of a lemon)
  4. Flatten these balls to a thin disc using roller pin
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350 F.  Now deep fry the flattened dough until they turn golden brown.
