INGREDIENTS:

  1. Wheat flour - 2 cup
  2. Mint leaf - 1/2 cup
  3. Coriander leaf - 1/2 cup
  4. Green chili - 4
  5. Ginger, garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Oil - as needed for deep fry
  8. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, water as needed and grind into a fine paste.
  2. In a bowl add wheat flour, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, ground coriander mint paste, water as needed, salt as needed and make a soft dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls then flatten them into a thin round sheet.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan and deep fry the thin sheet until they turn brown on both side and serve.
