INGREDIENTS:

  1. Maida flour - 1/2 kilogram
  2. Ghee - 2 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  3. Luke warm water - as needed
  4. Salt - to taste.
  5. Oil - to deep fry.

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Make small balls (3 inch) with the dough. Rolled out these balls into a think round circle.
  3. Heat oil in a deep panĀ  to 350 degree Fahrenheit and deep fry the rolled out dough until it turn golden brown on each side and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with puri masala.
