INGREDIENTS:

  1. Ragi (Finger millet) flour - 1/2 cup
  2. Water - 4 cup
  3. Salt - as needed
  4. Yogurt (curd) - 2 cup

PREPARATION:

  1. Dissolve the ragi (finger millet) flour in water without any lump then cook this by stirring time to time continuously.
  2. Once the ragi is cooked add the yogurt and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Preparation time: 2 minutes, Cooking time: 15 minutes, Servings: 2
