INGREDIENTS:

  1. Zucchini - 1
  2. Black pepper powder - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  3. Rice flour - 4 tablespoon (tbsp.)
  4. Oil - to deep fry
  5. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Now sprinkle black pepper powder, salt and mix well until the zucchini slices coated well.
  2. Now add this to rice flour and mix well so the rice flour is well coated.
  3. Heat oil in skillet and deep fry the zucchinis to golden brown and serve. NOTE: fry them in batches for good result

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with rasam rice.
  2. You can sprinkle sesame seeds and enjoy as well.
