INGREDIENTS:

  1. Pumpkin  - 1 slice (250 grams)
  2. Dry chili - 2
  3. Turmeric powder - a pinch
  4. Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Oil - as needed
  6. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Skin the pumpkin slice and cut into small cubes. Break dry chili into pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Now add mustard seeds once the mustard seeds stop splattering add the dry chili and sauté for 10 seconds
  3. Now add the pumpkin pieces, salt, turmeric powder, sprinkle little water.
  4. Place a lid simmer and cook for 5 minutes and serve. NOTE: make sure pumpkin is cooked well.
