INGREDIENTS:

  1. Potato - 250 grams (small sizes)
  2. Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp)
  3. Coriander leaves - 15 (optional)
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Oil - 4 or 5 teaspoon (tsp)

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil the potato and peel the skin and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan heat oil now add the potatoes and cook until they turn golden brown.
  3. Now add the black pepper powder and salt. Cook for 1 or 2 minute until the potatoes is well coated with black pepper.
  4. Now add the coriander mix well. Remove and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Goes well with rasam, lemon rice, curd rice, tamarind rice
