Bitter gourd seed fry recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bitter gourd seed - from 5 ripe bitter gourd
  2. Butter milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Chili powder - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Salt - as needed
  5. Oil - to shallow fry.

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak the bitter gourd seeds in butter milk for an hour.
  2. Remove the seeds from bitter gourd. Add chili powder, salt to the seeds. Mix well and keep it aside for an hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Now fry the seeds to golden brown and serve.

NOTES:

  1. Bitter but healthy snack. Kill worms in the stomach.
