INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cauliflower - 1 small
  2. Potato - 1
  3. Cumin seed - 1 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Green chili - 2
  5. Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  6. Mustard seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  7. Oil - 2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  8. Salt - to taste.

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces. Add turmeric, salt and cook them with little water as possible.
  2. Shredded the potato. Cut green chili into pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and wait until it splattered. Now add the cumin seed and wait it start to splatter. Now add the green chili and cook for few minutes.
  4. Now add the shredded potato and cook until its 3/4 cooked. Now add the cooked Cauliflower sauté and cook until water is evaporated, vegetables are cooked and serve.
