INGREDIENTS:

  1. Rice - 4 cup
  2. Milk - 2 liter
  3. Salt - 3 teaspoon (tsp.)

PREPARATION:

  1. Soak rice for 1/2 hour. Strain water and keep it aside.
  2. Boil the milk. Add soaked rice and cook for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked the n serve. NOTE: Stir time to time other wise rice will get burnt.
