INGREDIENTS:

  1. Roasted gram - 1 cup
  2. Garlic clove - 3 with skin
  3. Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
  4. Coriander powder - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp.)
  5. Salt - as needed

PREPARATION:

  1. Grind roasted gram, garlic cloves and grind them to nice powder.
  2. In a bowl add powdered roasted gram powder with garlic , chili powder, coriander powder, salt. Mix well.

NOTES:

  1. Mix this with sesame seed oil and eat with idli or dosai.
