INGREDIENTS:

  1. Cumin seeds - 100 grams
  2. Black pepper - 50 grams
  3. Hot dry chili - 10
  4. Asafoetida - 2 teaspoon (tsp)

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry roast all the ingredients individually.
  2. Now grind all these ingredients into a powder with pestle or blender (mixi)
