INGREDIENTS:

  1. Dry chili - 25
  2. Coriander seed - 1 cup
  3. Fenugreek seed - 1 tablespoon (tsp.)
  4. Asafoetida - a small piece

PREPARATION:

  1. Dry fry chili, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds,  Asafoetida.
  2. Cool them and dry grind into sambar powder.
